The Tests:

Monday: Open Gym – Holiday Hours – Mobility WOD

Tuesday: Vertical Jump, Double Unders (max reps), Shoulder Press, HSPU’s (max reps)

Wednesday: OH Squat, Deadlift, Chin-ups, Pull-ups (max reps)

Thursday: Box Jump, Side Plank, 800m Run

Friday: Toes 2 Bar (max reps), 2k Row, Close Grip Bench Press

Saturday: Testing Makeups 6:30 – 9:00am
