What is your career/job?
I am currently working at Superstition Springs Golf Course. I am finishing a second bachelor’s degree to get my teaching certification in high school Math.
Outside of Crossfit, what do you enjoy in your spare time?
I am into all sports. I golf in my spare time in between work, working out, and school work. I also am in an adult hockey league. When not in the desert I also like to snowboard. I also got married to my beautiful wife 2 months ago. (She said I needed to put her in there…haha)
What is your favorite healthy food & “not so healthy” food?
Favorite Healthy Food: String beans
Favorite Not-so-Healthy Food: Pizza
What is something that we don’t know about you? (Interesting fact, accomplishment you are proud of, obscure/unique talent, funny story, etc.)
I was an all-american and freshmen of the year while at George Washington University playing baseball. (The other guys on that list are now in the big leagues…haha)
What motivates you to push yourself physically?
I really want to gain the athleticism I once had. So when I am tired or don’t feel like working out I just look at pictures from a year ago and that is all the motivation I need.
What do you consider to be your biggest CrossFit accomplishment?
The improvement of all my PRs would have to the biggest CrossFit accomplishment but losing 26lbs since I started is the best accomplishment by far.
What is a CrossFit goal that you have?
Getting at least 1 point in DOUBLE UNDERS next time we test!!!
